This is a summary of the pitch presented at SPIN on April 15th.

Hi everyone, I’m Karan from AriesView. We’re an intelligence platform for commercial real estate investors, sitting between unstructured documents and the investment decisions that depend on them.

The Problem

The biggest challenge commercial real estate investors face is unstructured data. A typical deal involves hundreds of pages of documents — leases, financials, handwritten notes — and teams have to convert all of this into intelligent decisions within a tight timeframe. That process alone eats up 15 to 20 hours per deal. But beyond the time cost, the bigger risk is unmitigated liabilities buried in those documents. For a mid-market CRE investor, a single missed clause buried deep in a lease can lead to a material impairment in asset value after close.

The Solution

AriesView is the intelligence layer between these unstructured documents and the decision. We don’t claim to make decisions for the analyst — we give them the firepower to make those decisions themselves. Our goal is to compress what used to take 20 hours per deal into a small fraction of that time, so teams can redirect hours toward judgment rather than data entry.

How It Works

Generic AI tools don’t have this kind of specialized domain knowledge, and they hallucinate — a lot. We go deep, building knowledge directly into the workflow and mirroring how analysts actually work. The platform learns from every deal, becoming more intelligent over time. Our focus is on covering the entire investment management workflow in commercial real estate: starting with acquisitions, then expanding into property management, and eventually dispositions.

Traction & Competitive Edge

The U.S. commercial real estate market processes hundreds of billions of dollars in transactions annually. Our target is mid-market firms focused on retail properties — about 2,000 firms in the U.S. conducting dozens of deals each per year, representing a meaningful and underserved segment of the broader CRE software market. We have started shipping the software to early customers and are actively converting those engagements into customers.
